To work, to school, to the grocery store... Because walking is the most fundamental action we do with our bodies.
But what about intentional walking?
Do you ever go on a walk just for the fun of it?
Or do you consider walking a task because you’re told you need to take 10.000 steps a day to be healthier?

So we’re proposing to you to start walking with awareness. 😇
And for that we prepared a 10 day challenge where we’ll guide you through daily walks.
The audio guides prepared by our movement experts are designed with the intention to add pleasure to the action of walking. 🚶🏽
As you stick with the plan, you might discover something new about walking as you progress from day to day. And as always, we encourage you to commit to walking 10 days in a row, but if you miss a day here and there don’t be hard on yourself!

Walking is not just about the legs.
When you start walking with awareness, you’ll be surprised by how much your whole body works in order to keep you going. Walking is one of the best ways to clear the mind. And when your mind feels free, you connect with the present moment.

Walking with just the pure intention of that action is an amazing opportunity to notice your basic senses, like seeing, hearing and smelling.
When you focus on your surroundings and make an intention to be in the moment, your senses will open up. You might notice hearing different sounds, noticing new smells and seeing details of objects and people around you that you had never noticed before. And heightened senses will definitely bring more pleasure into your life. ☀️
Seeing the beauty of joy in the smallest things ✔️
Have you ever noticed how clouds are so naturally beautiful? Or the intricate shapes of leaves? Well that can happen when you walk with awareness.
Finding joy and beauty in the smallest things is an attitude, and it can be trained. Even if you take your walks on a treadmill indoors, you can still find joy in that. The joy of being healthy and able to walk, the joy of feeling your breath move in and out of your lungs…
These walks can be a great opportunity to add more positivity to your outlook on life too. ☀️
