Hi love and lust chasers 💜💦

Meditation has an infamous reputation that it’s a difficult thing to do, or something for only spiritual people.

But actually, meditation is the easiest and most effortless thing ever... Because all you need to do is watch... That’s all.

The nonstop demands of modern life leave us feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and exhausted.

And we often look for external things to make up for these negative feelings, like socializing, shopping or maybe exercising…

Because we need to take a break from reality and responsibilities.

But all these things satisfy us for the moment, or maybe not at all, because we don’t do them with awareness.

And for that, there’s a very simple thing we need: sitting, breathing and just being. Basically meditation.

There are different types of meditation, but a very simple one that anyone can practice is the Vipassana technique.

The word Vipassanā (Sanskrit, vipashyana) is composed of two parts: vi, which means ‘clear’, and passanā, which means ‘to see’.

That’s what makes Vipassana very approachable, its main teaching is simply the act of watching and being a witness.

All you need to do is spare yourself a couple minutes of your day and possibly a quiet place.

At first it may feel difficult, you’ll notice your thoughts coming and going, being distracted.

But that’s where the trick is, you won’t have to do anything about it. You’ll simply watch your thoughts like they are distant objects from you.

By creating this space for stillness and introspection, the Vipassana meditation practice will allow you to tap into your senses and nurture a deep sense of awareness.

And as you know, increased awareness will lead to better relationships, in and out of the bedroom.

While some people prefer to sit in meditation on their own, it may feel difficult for others.

Especially if you’ve never tried it.

So that’s why guided meditations become the sought out solution for those who need a structured and supportive framework.

So if you want to witness yourself and the world around you, check out our Vipassana course.
